What is Sakiori?

Sakiori is literally translated “tear-weave,” this is a form of weaving from the Edo period, in which old, well-worn cloth is torn into thin strips and woven, and transformed into clothing or daily commodities.

From now on, we plan to be able to do it at Wanariya, so please look forward to it!
